An immersive arts and storytelling experience

Questions To The Cross: A Resurrection Story

Our show begins in a college campus’ religious theory course with a passionately saved instructor and a motley group of students just trying to survive the new semester. When a project valued at 33% of their grade is assigned the first day with little explanation and ‘no book,’ the students must take a question, ask the Cross, and find the answer.

This production is presented in partnership with New Creation Original Church of God.

The story behind the story

What happens when doubt meets devotion… at the foot of the cross?

Questions to the Cross is a bold, soul-stirring stage production that confronts faith, grief, identity, and redemption through the lives of college students forced to wrestle with one impossible assignment: ask the cross a question and listen for the answer.

Set on the campus of a Bible college, this powerful resurrection story follows a diverse group of students navigating belief, trauma, love, loss, and hypocrisy while unpacking the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. What begins as academic resistance quickly becomes deeply personal, as each character’s question exposes wounds they’ve buried and truths they’ve avoided.

Blending theatre, spoken word, gospel music, movement, and cinematic storytelling, Questions to the Cross is not a sermon. It’s a confrontation. A collision between skepticism and grace… between who we are and who we’re called to be.
